These immensely popular slots are designed to give delegates direct insight into the branded entertainment strategy of marketers, and what they’re looking for from production partners. Sessions are intimate and restricted to a select number of attendees, and marketers will give a short presentation before turning it over to Q&A.

In order to sign up for a session you must be signed in to your realXchange account.

• Once in your realXchange you will see a navigation bar on the top: Click on "Events".
• From the drop down menu select "BCON Expo".
• From the menu bar select "Agenda".
• On the left hand side there is a session legend. Select "Meet a Marketer".
• Click on the Meet a Marketer session you would like to attend.
• This brings up your selected session page. In the right hand corner there is a blue button labelled "Sign Up". Click on this button to select the session.
• A text box appears with a check mark notifying you that you are now signed up to this session.
